Honestly, one of the best baby/toddler things I've bought, for the price. toddler is nearly two, and often refuses the push chair/stroller. but still gets tired. she's getting too heavy to carry far in one arm. this really helps. I occasionally risk hands free, but use it more as a support. and is small enough I can just keep in a bag. have even used it with the 7 week old newborn.
